Authentic Mexican Bowls
Garcia's Sunset Grill has not only built its reputation with its amazing authentic Mexican food. Our staff is also nationally known for its classsic bowl dishes such as; Caldo De Res (Beef and Vegetable Stew), Green Chili Stew and Menudo!
Our Caldo de Res will typically include the following vegetables: ears of corn, potatoes, carrots, squash and cabbage. This is served with a side of; Rice, Limes and a short stack of Corn Tortillas.
Our Menudo is known state wide and is made in spicy Red chile. It is rumored that his is a hangover cure for those rough "the next day" moments. This is served with a side of; Diced Onions, Choice of Pigs feet and Tortillas.
